“ Crab meat and pork soup dumpling - sooo good Peking duck set is good. Crispy skin is so crispy. Need to order an hour ahead of time. Like the roti type wrap but not liking the sauce. You can ask to have the duck bones to make soup or stir fry for $6 more for each dish. I would get the soup again but won't get stir fry. Steamed sea bass is good. Salt and pepper pork chop is good - meat a bit hard for my liking. Dry pot is so fun. Came out sizzling and hot for awhile. You can add any topping for $5 each. Pea leaves are a bit too chewy. Service is great. I am a regular and usually not crowded which I love. ”
“ We ordered the pork soup dumplings, beef ho fun, house fried rice and rice cakes. Everything came out quickly, hot and delicious. The rice cakes and noodles had a great bite to them without being soggy. The meat was cooked well and the sauces had great flavor. The soup dumplings were also a great hit. Full of pork and juicy soup! The staff were great. We had two children with us and they were so kind while interacting with them. The space is clean and well cared for. This is definitely a place we would go to again. ”
“ This is my third time here, we had the same server three times and all three times she was amazing. Her name is Pepper. She's so so sweet, friendly and gives great recommendations. The food is very good, whatever she recommend, order it. We usually take advantage of the lunch menu. I've never been for dinner but I'm sure it's great too. Give this place a try, ask for Pepper! ”
“ Dim Sum House will be a new regular in my local eats. It's right in my neighborhood and it's a gem! As far as soup dumpling spots, this is the best I've ever experienced especially for affordability. I absolutely loved the humongous dumplings, especially the Pork and Crabmeat Soup Dumplings, which were absolutely full to the brim with soupy goodness. I recommend taking advantage of the chili and vinegar sauces for dipping. I also got the Shanghai Pork Fried Soup Dumplings but they were a thicker dumpling than I was expecting and not comparable. The beef scallion pancakes were very nice too! I don't know if I loved the beef, but that may be because I am a purist about scallion pancakes. Again, very nice dipped in sauce. The cold cucumber was a surprisingly delicious addition as well. Tea was served complimentary for free. Very cute environment and great service as well. I have zero complaints because for two people our total came to $37, which is incredibly cheap in 2024. I will be returning happily many more times for that and the soup dumplings. Highly recommend. ”
“ Good food. Good service. You can get 5% off your bill if you pay with cash. The soup dumpling skin is very thin and the dumpling is very juicy. I think it's as good as Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao's soup dumplings. The beef ho fun is very good. Fair warning that it's a greasy dish. No places around this area makes ho fun as good. The beef scallion pancakes need more hoisin sauce and scallions. The pancake could be a bit thinner- this dish was on the dry side. Came here in a Monday for lunch and there were about 6 other parties. The dining area is clean and organized. Would definitely come back here again. ”
“ I was so surprised to pull up to this place to see that it's right next to Brother's Seafood; 2 dim sum places next to each other, very interesting! I've had Brother's before and a fan so I was curious to see how Dim Sum House would be We got the pork soup dumplings, beef pancake, mapo tofu, beef ho fun and cucumber salad. I wasn't impressed by the menu, there was lots of dishes that I would have loved to have; dry pepper chicken, black bean clams but sometimes when the menu is small it's bc the dishes they have are just really good But I wasn't wow'd by anything but it wasn't bad either! I was craving mapo tofu and I liked the flavors! The beef pancake was a little bulky but it was tasty, lots of good flavors. The pork soup dumplings were OK, I've had better; needed more meat in the filling, I didn't get much crab. The cucumber salad was super oily Service was great and the inside was very clean and big! All in all, this place was good but I would say it's just as good as Brother's Seafood! ”
